How soon will my order be shipped?
Designer's Choice orders will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of payment. Custom-made handbags will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks of receipt of payment.

By what method will my order be shipped?
All handbags will be shipped UPS. Shipping charges are included in the price of all products. Overnight or Rush shipping is available at an additional charge.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. You will find gift certificate information on the "How to Order" page.

Can I place a "RUSH" on either a Designer's Choice or a Custom-made handbag?
Rush orders can be placed on any Designer's Choice handbag. We can occasionally accommodate a Custom order handbag. However, most require at least a 2 week minimum time allotment. Contact us at satinmemories@hotmail.com or (719) 641-3319 to inquire about placing a rush order.

What payment methods do you accept?
Money orders, cashier's checks, and online through Paypal (paypal.com)

What is your policy on returns?
Due to the customization of the handbags, all sales are final and cannot be canceled once placed.

What if I have my own fabric?
While most fabrics can be designed into spectacular handbags, not all fabrics are suitable; therefore, a fabric swatch may need to be sent for pre-approval.

If I would like to use my own fabric, how much fabric would I need?
While all custom-made handbags vary in fabric usage, one yard is the minimum amount required for a handbag. Additional fabric may be requested.

Can you color match my gown?
Standard colors of black, white, and ivory are always available. Every attempt will be made to match your colors. Keep in mind that most bridal salons have the capability of ordering yardage to match bridal and bridesmaid's gowns; therefore, check with your local bridal consultant. If a very unique color is requested, an alternative color choice may be required.

Can I order a printed catalog?
We're sorry, printed catalogs are not available at this time.

Do you offer monogramming?
Yes. See the "Bridal Handbag" page for an example.

Can you make custom-made handbags from items or articles other than fabric off the ream?
Yes. A very special handbag can be made out of beloved hankies or children's christening gowns for example. Other unique items include: Wedding gowns, bridesmaid gowns, prom dresses, table linens, laces, or fur coats. Please contact us if you have a "Special Memories" request.
